Fix Sheet: Getting additional LandTech Support

A full breakdown of how to contact the LandTech support team, the four ticket types available, and what happens after you submit a request.

How to get in touch

Support is available directly within LandInsight. To submit a ticket:

  1. Navigate to the ? icon in the top right of your screen

  2. Select Start a support chat

  3. Choose the ticket type that best matches your request

  4. Fill out the required details and submit

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will begin working on your request. You can track progress at any time by checking your ticket status.

Previous chat conversations remain accessible via the Messages tab, and you can continue to communicate with the support team directly through your open tickets.


The four ticket types

Choose the ticket type that best matches your request. Selecting the right type helps route your enquiry to the right person and gets you a faster, more accurate response.

1. Report a System Issue Use this if you encounter a technical problem: an error message, a feature not working as expected, or any other system-related issue. Technical issues submitted this way are prioritised so you are not left stuck when trying to complete your work.

2. Get Help with a Feature Choose this when you need guidance on how to use a specific feature. Whether you are new to a feature, unsure how to access it, or need further clarification, our support team will walk you through it.

3. Request a Password or Authentication Reset Select this if you are locked out of your account or have forgotten your password. The team will help you reset your access securely.

4. Share Feedback Use this to share suggestions for improvements, or to let us know about a positive experience. Feedback submitted here goes directly to the team.


Ticket statuses

Once your ticket is submitted, you can track its progress through the following stages:

Status

What it means

Submitted

Your ticket is in the queue and waiting to be picked up

In Progress

Your ticket has been assigned to a team member and is under review

Submitted to Product

Your ticket has been passed to the product team for further review or a fix

Waiting on Customer

The team needs further information from you before they can continue

Resolved

Your ticket has been resolved
