Fact Sheet: Account and Billing Management Explained

A full breakdown of managing your LandInsight account, covering how to update credentials, handle account sharing warnings, modify your subscription, and participate in the referral program.

Changing your password

Whether you have forgotten your password or want to update it for security reasons, the process is the same:

  1. Go to the LandInsight login page and click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address and wait to receive a secure password reset link

  3. Click the link and follow the prompts to choose a new password

Note: If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.


Updating payment details

The process for updating your payment details depends on your plan:

Starter and Pro users

  • Click on your initials in the top right corner of the app and select your name

  • Add your new card details first

  • Remove the old card by clicking the three dots next to it

Unlimited users

Contact your account manager directly for assistance with updating payment details.


Changing or cancelling your subscription

Upgrading to Pro

  • Click the upgrade menu in the top right corner of the app

  • Click Upgrade to Pro

Upgrading to Unlimited

Fill out an upgrade form or call 0203 086 7855. If you are already on Unlimited and wish to change your package, contact your account manager.

Cancelling your subscription

  • Click your initials in the top right corner

  • Go to Billing management

  • Select Cancel Subscription


Account sharing

As per the user agreement, only one person can access an account at any given time. If multiple users attempt to access the same account simultaneously, you will see a pop-up warning stating: "Someone else has logged in to your account."

If your team is growing and you need additional access, contact customer support to purchase additional licences.

πŸ’‘ LandTech Tip: If you see an account sharing warning but you are certain you are not sharing your login with anyone else, change your password immediately as unauthorised access may be occurring.


The referral program

If you refer a new customer who signs up for an Unlimited plan, you will receive a gift voucher equal to 10% of the total sale value (excluding VAT, up to a maximum of Β£500).

The following conditions apply:

  • The referred person or organisation must be completely new to LandInsight, with no previous trials

  • They must use the specific promo code provided in your invitation email when signing up

  • You will be rewarded within 30 days of LandInsight receiving their payment

  • You can participate even if you are currently on a free trial (a successful referral means you do not pay for your first month) or if you are part of a team account


Plan availability

Basic account management is available on all plans. Unlimited users must manage billing and card updates directly through their account manager. The referral program reward applies specifically to referring new Unlimited plan sales.
