What is Workspace Sharing? Workspace Sharing allows paid LandInsight customers to securely share a full Workspace with teammates as well as external stakeholders. Rather than sharing sites one by one, you can share your entire portfolio of sites, pipelines, and drawings at once.

Full Editing Rights: Recipients can view and edit all sites and drawings within the shared Workspace, helping you collaborate faster.
No Limit Impact: Shared Workspaces do not count toward the recipient's Workspace creation limits.
Revocable Access: You remain in control and can revoke access at any time.
How to Share a Workspace
You can share a Workspace from three places in LandInsight:
From Home: Click the three dots on any Workspace card and select Share Workspace.
From the Map: Open the Workspace dropdown in the top toolbar and click Share.
From the Pipeline: Click the Share button on the Pipeline toolbar.
Recipients will receive an email invitation. If they already have a LandInsight account, they can log in to access the Workspace. If not, they can sign up for a free account to view it.
Managing Access and Permissions
Permissions: All recipients have editing access to sites and drawings within the Workspace. However, they cannot archive or delete the Workspace itself.
How to Revoke Access: If you need to stop sharing, open the Share Workspace modal from any of the three access points listed above, locate the recipient in the active list, and click Remove. Access is revoked instantly.
