Fact Sheet: Site Reports Explained

A full breakdown of the Site Report, covering what it includes, how to generate one, and how to use it in your shortlisting process.

Updated this week

What is a Site Report?

A Site Report compiles all key information held on a site in LandInsight into a structured, downloadable document. It gives everyone involved in a site decision a clear, consistent view of the opportunity, without needing access to the platform itself.

Site Reports are particularly useful when comparing multiple shortlisted sites side by side, or when presenting opportunities to internal stakeholders, investment committees, or partners.

How to generate a Site Report

  • Select a site to open the Assessor on the right of your screen

  • Save your site to your preferred pipeline stage

  • Click the Management panel

  • Click the Reports tab

  • Select Site Report

  • Use the checkboxes to select the data sections you want to include

  • Click Generate

  • Click Download to save the report

💡 LandTech Tip: Generate reports for your top three to five shortlisted sites and review them together. Seeing the same structured information presented consistently across each site makes it much easier to identify your strongest opportunity.

What the report can include

The Site Report is customisable. Before generating, you choose which sections to include using checkboxes. The report is delivered as a PDF.

You can optionally upload a company logo to appear on the report.

Who to share it with

Site Reports are designed to be shared. Common uses include:

  • Presenting to an investment committee or board

  • Creating a consistent record for your internal pipeline

Because reports are downloaded as a file, recipients do not need a LandInsight licence to view them.
