LandTech has integrated with Zapier to help our clients link LandTech with other external systems quickly and easily!

What is Zapier?

Zapier is an industry recognised workflow automation tool that has 6000+ products to connect with. They are industry leaders in the space with a quick to set up and simple to manage workflow tool that uses "Zaps" to connect different services together.

It will help save you time, increase data sharing across all products and ensure there is no mistakes in sharing that data across products as it is all automated.

What can I do with Zapier?

The Zaps once set up can be used to automate key user tasks in LandTech, we are starting with Saving a site and Purchasing a Title document as "Triggers". More will be added over time as we see usage and get feedback so watch this space!

The "Triggers" once set up with your account can be used to push specific data about a site to any of the thousands of other apps in Zapier, such as CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) or into current online worksheets that you have like Google Sheets. This allows automation of exporting of data from LandTech to valuable systems! Once set up Zaps can be set up to fire regularly, making sure any changes in LandInsight are captured within minutes.

There are endless possibilities that can be achieved with Zapier, the only limit is how far you want to take it.

How do I start?

If you have an Unlimited license with LandTech you will have access to the Integrations tab on the Dashboard.

Creating a Zapier account is very simple, once you have access you can navigate to the integrations page and use the API key there to link your LandTech and Zapier accounts. The alternative is the Zapier login found on the integrations page.

There is no need to know development languages or how to code, it is plug and play. Once you have your accounts linked LandTech will show up as an option to create Triggers by selecting the events that you want to push to other systems, then selecting the data you want to share and its as simple as that!
