How do I find the sourcing tool?
To get started, open up the explorer and tap 'Search' in the top right hand side
You can then tap on the Site sourcing option to get started
What filters are available?
There's an endless number available to help you narrow down to the best possible selection of sites.
These filters include...
Location, ownership type and parcel size
Adopted and emerging constraints
Land availability assessment and site allocations
And more
Running your search
Once you've chosen your filters, select the 'Search' button to get a list of matching results
Your search results will appear on the map and are ready for assessment
Can I quickly assess these sites?
Yes! Click on the search result and the assessment panel on the right will appear containing a whole host of information to help you assess the site as fast as possible.
What about other searches like planning application search, ownership search, and property search?
These continue to be available to you.
You can access all of these through the same search tab.
