Knowing the type of freeholder a site has can have big implications for your decisions. For instance, you may be more likely to try and buy a site from a company than from a local authority.
In LandInsight we make it easy to see different freeholder types by assigning them different colours, helping you to quickly find potential opportunities
To see these colours make sure you’re on the ‘Ownership’ layer, and that ‘Known freeholders’ is on.
If you need a reminder in the app, there’s a legend in the bottom left corner – click and the colours will pop up.
