If there is a particular site that you wish to evaluate for planning policy constraints, the easiest way is to save that site and check its site card.
Step 1: Save your site.
Step 2: Go to the Sites Area and click on your site, this will bring up the site card.

Step 3: Click on the Planning Policy tab on the left.
Step 4: Click on Adopted Proposals to view all the policy constraints.
hovering over each constraint will highlight it on the map.
That's it! Going through the adopted proposals will allow you to assess whether there will be any major planning constraints. A major time saver for site assessment.
